Tätigkeit seit 1.8.90 als Assesor in der Rechtsabteilung. Der Schwerpunkt lag in der Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Fragen, Herr Blanke überzeugte sehr schnell durch seine fachliche Kompetenz und Persönlichkeit. Bodo Blanke joined Allied Signal in 1995 as Human Resources Director, Aftermarket Germany in order to implement a new business strategy in the German Aftermarket organization. This task includes restructuring the sales force, marketing, customer service and finance departement and the warehouse. For approximately 2 years, in addition to his responsabilities in Neunkirchen, Bodo became a member of the European Human Resources team in Paris where he served as a change management project leader for SAP R3 and our European procurement team. He also created and implemented a European Sales Incentive plan which is still in use today. Bodo Blanke served as a consultant to Friction Materials Aftermarket Europe from September 1999 until December 2001 in the capacity of Project Leader – Change Management. During this time, Mr. Blanke acted as the dedicated HR resource to the project team, and his responsibilities includes all change management for the Aftermarket organization (500 people) during an 18 month, $6M project in which SAP R/3 was implemented in 5 countries throughout Europe bringing the business from 9 different systems to one unique operational tool. Mr. Blanke also served in the capacity of Director of Human Resources – Europe (interim management) from September 2000 until September 2001 while working in Paris and Beauvais in France and from his consulting offices in Wiesbaden, Germany, where he has been self-employed since September 1999.
